Thanks for stopping by my blog. If you’re looking for more information about Mel Neis, you’ve come to the right place.

About Mel Neis

We are a mortgage brokerage, and unlike most other firms, we have a storefront and are mobile, as well. We have been in the same profession for more than a decade in and around Central Alberta, providing exceptional mortgage services to a range of clientele. The regions we work in include Red Deer, Joffre, Sylvan Lake, Lacombe, Birchcliff, Penhold, Innisfail, Pine Lake, and Blackfalds, AB. As mortgages are a constantly changing game, I am always evolving to accommodate federal guidelines and regulations while continually launching new technologies to improve my mortgage customer experience.

The Mel Neis Difference

My client base consists primarily of first time home buyers looking for guidance and information about their mortgages. They don’t have a lot of knowledge about the industry and are trying to make the right decision with the purchase, especially being the largest investment they'll make. We try to make it easier for them and one aspect that makes me second to none is not working "banker hours" which allow me to be always available to my clients, especially after their work hours.

What sets me apart from the rest of my competitors is the amount of time I've spent in the industry and the knowledge and experience that comes with it. I have access to many lenders, who provide a lot of options to best suit my customer's needs. In addition, I am quite knowledgeable about various lending products out there and am in a better position to educate customers, so they are entirely aware of what they are signing.

Some of my biggest achievements have been receiving multiple awards in the industry. I hold the Canadian Mortgage Professional “Women of Influence” award, the “Top 5% producers” nationally under the franchise award and the “Top Volume Producer, small market” award with Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine.

While we are really passionate about what we do, we also believe in giving back to society and as part of that belief, have a charity “Golf/Build a Kid to Cure” which has raised over two million dollars for kids cancer research and local children charities.
